Four times now while driving at slow speed... no more than 30mph in a parking lot or in town the throttle control light comes on along with the check engine light. The first time it did it the truck started to die but stayed running and then it was fine. The other 3 times it's felt like it...

Brand new 3500 Larmie has been in the shop 3x for the throttle control valve. Dealership can't pinpoint what the problem is. Was asked if I was a 2 footed driver and no I'm not.... they tried to get the truck to fault but it wouldn't. Any ideas? Seems to happen at slow speeds... not more than 30mph.
