Doing ball joints and ujoints on a 2019 2500.
What are you using to press out the upper joints? The outer diameter is 1.9" and most of the press tools are 2"; Can I get something a lot smaller and press on the inner part of the joint?
Mine does this when I first start driving. 6.4 hemi with about 100k miles on it. First mile or so if I am light on the gas it kind of surges a bit. Goes away as the trans warms up. Assumed was just cold fluid or something but definitely not something I've experienced in other vehicles.
1500 trucks have come a long way over the years but its still tough to compare the stability you get when putting weight behind a 2500. Anything above 5K or so and I really try to avoid the half ton. I tow a 9K pound camper behind my 6.4 2500 and it works great. Definitely doesn't lack for...
That is actually very helpful thank you. I get about 20" on my regular pedals. Which means the adjustable ones will only move me closer, not further away....which doesn't help me a darn bit. A telescoping wheel would be amazing but doesn't seem like an option. Anyways, thanks again, that got me...

- Second for those that do have these. How does the range compare to...
Just completed the 5" to 8.4" upgrade today. Took the easy/expensive route from Infotainment.com; Probably 30 min swap end to end, works perfectly.
I actually build automotive infotainment systems for a living so was kinda painful taking the easy route, but just didn't have time in my day to...
Yep, thats the diagram I was looking at. Odd thing to not sell considering how easy they pop off. But thanks for confirming. It's a pretty fancy chrome plastic part. With enough work could make one but will probably try to find a used piece somewhere. It's not one of those super critical things...
Question about running board parts.
In the standard diagram, item 2 (electric) has a breakdown of all parts including the end caps. Items 3 and 4 they don't have a part breakdown. I really need an end cap but can only see a listing for the full unit. Does Mopar really not sell just the end...
