I wouldn’t use silicone on anything that I might want something else to stick to in the future. Black RTV might not be too bad. I think it can be cleaned up with rubbing alcohol Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Don’t use silicone... it makes a horrible mess, is nearly impossible to get off and will attract dirt. Clear acrylic caulk would be a much better choice if you have to go that route. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
