    Rough Downshifts

    We just bought a brand new 2500 Limited Longhorn a few months ago. When we are trailering and the exhaust brake is on, I have noticed when I come to slow down it shifts very hard. Is this a normal process of the transmission learning driving habits?

    I just picked up a 2021 Limited Longhorn and I noticed the bolster on the leather seats does not have the special designed stitching that RAM advertises. Was this a miss on RAM part or is it an option.

    I just picked up my new 2500 Limited Longhorn with the rear air suspension. The manual is very vague on a few things that I am hoping you guys can help me with.
