Bought a new 2020 2500 Laramie with Uconnect 12 3 weeks ago. Second day of ownership had it happen several times. Same exact issue, less than a week old 2020 RAM 2500 Laramie. Called the salesman and he said it just needs a software update. Not sure that will fix from what I've read so far. Please keep us posted and I'll do the same.- Manny2500
