This is in part the suspension and the wheel base. I had a 1500 that bounced just like my 2500, My Rebel didn't bounce at all. Smooth as a baby's butt. My Power Wagon gives me an unintended 'message' while driving on some highways made of concrete. It is what it is. As you stated, a load will...
Not broken manifold; had that checked out. It's a minor tick on startup, and cold days (arizona 40's) it ticks for upto about 3min. Not on a hot idle, I've been very observant of the noise. It's mostly just annoying and likely not an issue since it goes away 97% of the time within 15sec. or less.
I started with this and I should have kept it at that because I ended up putting on an MBRP system and it drones way more than I want. Probably gonna go back to a different set up for less drone.
I just installed MBRP on my 22’ PW. When I get on it, it sounds amazing when I’m driving down the freeway it sounds a lot like drone at certain speeds. Technically it’s at 1800 RPMs range that it drones. Can’t hear my mud tires anymore, which is a plus however I have to turn up the music so I...
OK, so I have a 2022 power wagon. I checked all the forms everywhere I could look haven’t seen the subject come up anywhere else. I’ve been watching on YouTube different content creators saying they solved the hemi tick by changing their oil to 5W-30. Has anyone else tried this out? I’m very...
Not sure if this will help you much but I'll toss in my 'gem' lol. I run Cooper STT pro's in 325/65R18 (34.6 x 13.4") NIce and wide. I'm on 18x9" Icon rims with -12 offset. I don't rub at all. and I've thought about the 37's or even 40's (I know on 40's I'd have to trim) on 37's several others...
Yeah my buddy was a mechanic and service advisor for like 20 yrs. many times the service advisor is given crap by techs cause the tech hasn't looked at it even. but when my buddy was the SA, He told it to them strait. I'll find out on the hands part later. lol.
Yup I just confirmed it's the clips, and like 5-6 screws to take out for the cover. not worth my time to drop off my truck and have them take 2 days to fix it. I'll do it myself.
While I agree it could be the actuators, the clips or a combination of all of the above, just very odd that they both did it on the exact same day. I have a warranty still, so I'll take it in and make the dealer fix it. and find the clips needed to fix it myself later when warranty runs out.
Ok, so I'm not sure if it is from an update to their software or if something stopped working all together. I have the Ramboxes and when you lock or unlock your truck it will lock and unlock the tailgate and Ramboxes. Now for no apparent reason you can hear the lock sort of move but not unlock...
Sadly I think it’s a case of one manual for all. My 2022 PW doesn’t have the alerts and doesn’t have the options on it either. I hope someone discovers how to disable. Because I’ve left all kinds of things in my back seat, never once has it been any of my 5 kids or “something valuebale” like my...
