Can anyone help me on finding where my truck is located. Ram stated that it has been built since 8-12 and I still have a TBD status on delivery. Is there any other way to know where I am in line to get shipped?

Question, How many have y'all been assigned a case number to find the status of your order? I have called multiple times and chatted with Ram to be assign a case number.

You are not the only one! My 3500 was built on 8/12 and still does not have a ETA. I have called and chatted with Ram and they still can’t get me a answer. Dealership states they are wanting on 12 trucks that are in the same issue. Dealer is in Texas so it can’t take that long to get here...

Well my truck still has yet to arrive! Went from estimate delivery date of October 1st to TBD. Still has not shipped. Dealer states he has 10 orders that are in the same condition. I looked at the EXCEL sheet and was wonder what JB status is?

In the same status but mine is expected October 1st. Don't think my date is going to hold up.

Mine has been ready since August 12th and is still sitting at the yard/ plant. It is getting really frustrating due to lots of people on the spreadsheet seam to have theres shipping with in a couple days once completed. Call me impatient I guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well I hope this is true! I just sent my dealer a message asking for a update and they stated that I know more then they do based on the Ram Tracker website! Why can't the dealership know the status of an order? This is driving me crazy that you spend 100K on a truck and there is no status...

Can anyone help me on the tracking of my order? Mine has been at this stage for a little while and all it says is TBD. I thought it would have been able to make it to T exas by now!
