It took 6 months from order date to arrival at dealership for my 22 RAM 2500 Laramie 6.4 8' bed. Ram cares and the dealership were not a lot of help. Truck sat in Baltimore 6 weeks waiting for a tractor to pull it to Pittsburgh. It was a long frustrating wait, but we really like it so far.- kollie01

No Reverse
My week old 22 Ram 2500 Laramie 6.4 would not shift into reverse or upshift out of 1st. Dealer replace valve assembly w/ control module. All is well again. Fast diagnosis even faster repair. Shout out to Cochran CDJR Natrona Heights PA- kollie01
