Yes the Demco also states to leave it loose until you have it installed. Once it's tightened it can't be removed without force. Then it won't install without disassembly. There is no side to side adjustment on the Demco. I think a small sideways adjustment would correct the problem.

Looking at my truck it doesn't seem like they could be much different than where they are. They line up with the holes in the box perfectly.

That helps thanks. I don't believe I can alter the Demco since it's one piece. They could engineer more adjustment though.

Hello, Has anyone had problems with an adapter fitting the puck system? I purchased a Demco 5th wheel adapter for my 2020 Ram 2500 and it's about 1/4 inch too narrow on the rear. The seller sent me a new one and it's the same. I can't see how the pucks could be off on the truck. Thanks
