My googling turned up no references to anything like that. I would think that if the programming changed after 6k miles, it would be well documented. Maybe a dyno run before and after?

I'd order a loaded Laramie or Limited. Ford doesn't seem to be building hardly anything above a Lariat. Platinums (what I ordered) and Limiteds continually get passed over because of build constraints that seem to change every week.

@zach@granger Are you seeing issues with higher trim levels getting scheduled/built with Ram like we see with Ford?
