Does anyone have a web site I can plug in my vin number to see the status of my new build

I just purchased my third heavy duty ram. The only thing I have so far is my confirmation number 48177711. I have no idea how I can track this vehicle and the production date. I stumbled across this forum hoping you can provide some direction. Thank you
