I ordered it off moparpartsonline.com, paid $225. It's hard to believe the 2020 wouldn't fit the 2019, no changes were made that I'm aware of.

At the Ram dealer in Shakopee, MN. I never took it there, just order the parts and my Father in-law and I did it in my garage.

I bought the puck system from Moparonlineparts.com for $255 shipped. I just purchased a 5th wheel so I'm starting fresh, I'm getting the B&W Companion hitch.

I called my dealer yesterday and they said 2 hrs labor, $260. I'll probably be going that route but we'll see!

How much did the dealer end up charging you?

I was wondering if anyone has installed the OEM Puck System in there truck themselves? Mine did not come with it but just ordered it and will be installing and was wondering if anyone had any tips on it? Thanks
