alright thank you for the link and yes i have tried that it wont even turn off sometime after the truck is off the screen will stay on for hours untell you unplug the battire it wont go into dealer mode either.- joshua0434

we bought a 2019 ram 1500 bighorn 2 monthes ago and on the original window sticker it showes it as having carplay and android auto but we tried many difrent cordes and phones the truck dossnt even recoanise anything being pluged in the only thing that works is the aux port and bluetooth its the...- joshua0434
