They assign a person to it find out exactly where it at. The ram center said they can see only so much but when u put a case on then it goes to department that is assigned to a case worker they are able to see more information on truck. It sounds stupid they should be able to see everything...

So u still waiting. I had ram put a case on my truck. They told me if not delivered in 2 weeks to call them so I did today. They said by Wed I should know something
