So, according to the dealership the engineer is stumped on why the problem keeps occurring and is requesting another engineer come down here and assess it. Which said could be an additional 2-3 weeks.
Once I get something in writing I'll let you know what was found/said.. unfortunately doesn't...

Still no truck, it sits at the dealership on its 3rd set of lifters in the span of time since I last posted. FCA send an engineer out to diagnose the truck and report back. They have denied a buy...
Thank you for all the information guys, just a update in this debacle lmao... I got a call yesterday to come pick the truck up today, bring the rental back. Continue to drive the truck until June 3rd when the dealership stated they would have all parts and availability to do the repairs that...
That's a good question, I'll reach out to fca and ask. They aren't much help that's for sure. Also, aftermarket lifters I wonder if that would void warranty
Update for the day, I received a call from FCA for the agent to tell me that they will not cover a rental. Due to the fact my dealership I purchased from didn't sell me the rental agreement? So, they will submit for repairs at this time and that is it. My truck has been sitting at the dealership...
I'm new here, saw ya'lls post on Google this morning after trying to research what to do.
I have a 2023 2500 bighorn 8100 miles, just took it to the dealership last Friday for the ticking noise. They diagnosed it and said lifters and camshaft. Dealership states 30 day turn around for repairs...
