I did another search titled balancer bolted to the frame as Poolmonkey suggested. I found a post about the Active Tuned Mass Modular, one photo shows two connectors. I think we're onto something here.

Good point, my bad. I forgot to add they were right behind the front body mount, just behind the ground on the frame. Here's another picture from of the drivers side a little farther back. Thanks.

I was under my new 2022 Ram 2500 Laramie and I noticed 2 plugs on both the drivers and passengers sides that look to be capped off. They are bent back and ziptied to the frame. I've searched for a while and can't figure out what they are for. Most of found while searching were some guesses...
