Well two days after voicing my displeasure on this forum and another one about does Ram Care really care?, Ram Care comes out of the woodwork to message me back here and e-mailing me back. Anyone having issues with Ram Care ghosting you, just stay after them, they don't like bad publicity...

I guess I'm not willing to set back and conform, you want to be brand loyal no matter what good for you. Just curious where you got those numbers there? Those are your estimates???

And I'm saying why put up with it??? Forums and social media is a good way to expose their problems and maybe they will change, we buy three new trucks every 3 years, and I'm not going to stick with someone who doesn't take care of their problems

It's pretty sad when they do respond, ask for your claim number and then disappear, pathetic customer service

I really need to re-title this thread Ram Care doesn't care. Is this a Ram owned forum?

We've done the online form twice, no response. Private messaged them here, received an initial reply, waited and waited, messaged two more times, no response again. Their customer service is terrible, and I"m being nice!!!

Does anyone get results with Ram Cares on this forum? We bought a new 2023 5500 and the transmission and the transfer case went out at 6K miles. Ram covered the repair, it just took over 60 days, but did get it fixed. Our problem now, is they totally have gone silent on the $ 1400 tow bill...

No reverse, dead in the water, if I would have had reverse, i would have backed the 60 miles to the dealership instead of waiting 6 hours for towing, LOL

They told me the transfer case was replaced and the tranny repaired. When it went out it acted like it just shifted into neutral, no mechanical noise at all.

I haven't read thru all these comments but our transfer case had to be replaced when the transmission went out, is that a common occurrence?

I have this same question, has anyone received reimbursement for the towing bill??? We paid $1300 for towing 70 miles Thanks

I know this is an older thread, but I'm having trouble getting towing reimbursement because I submitted the claim more than 30 days after it was towed at 6K miles after the tranny and transfer case went out. But it took them over 60 days to get it repaired!!! Anyone have any help on this...
