Thank you. I will.
Bion, i actually read the manual, made a list of questions ...then when out and played.
Another thing that gets me is the amount of info w/o any parameters. For example, water temp is 195. From my Cat, i know 220 is hot and my fan would kick in.. i am assuming this...
I when to a safe place and played. Really, a vast difference from what i have been used to. .. seems to be more progressive than the older gear. Pleased with what i have and dismayed at how little the dealership understands the truck.
when i bought my last brake controller , the manual had a lot of info in it like how much gain for a particular weight trailer....etc.. and yup..i actually read what i was given.
Trying to dial it in like I have done with other controllers.. would be helpful if there was a manual somewhere.. RAM tells me there is no docs on it..
My trailer is @ 12K..
Thanks
Quite frankly, we are wondering if tis really was.
When we picked up our RAM3500, our rear view mirror when we were in park, cave us a collage of different views from the cameras around the truck.
It disappeared after a day.. and gone back to one view.
Am I nutz or did the darn thing have...
My dash gives me a bunch of info w/o parameters.
I have a 3500 HO
My Cat was hot a 220 so I assume it is the same for this engine.
When should I be concerned about my trans and oil temp ?
Should there be anything else I should be looking for ?
Thanks
Seriously ? Too funny.. than it would be worth having all my tires pulled, metal valve stems put in, rebalanced, and run an external system.
No wonder I wasn't getting the alerts.
An update.
Ignoring my salesman's advice, I reduced the tire pressures to 45 psi each..well within an acceptable pressure for an empty truck.
Turned the truck on. Nothing. No warnings etc..
So has the system adjusted itself to the new pressures ?
I just received my 2021 3500 HO and it came with (but not asked for) Ram's TMPS.
I have been using an add on TMPS for years. When I picked up the truck, the tires (275/70 18e ) were filled to 63 psi front and 82 psi rear. Makes for a bit of an odd ride.... If the weight ratings are correct ...
