I went down this rabbit hole with my 22 Limited. IMAO, I would not try adding it. The software is different on the new trucks, and doesn't allow for it to be programmed without throwing a code, and will not work.

I would recommend getting a truck that has the factory option.

Tried adding to my 22. All new parts, used all the updated settings and was unsuccessful. I get the configuration mismatch. Messaged @Jimmy07, he’s not gotten back to me. Hopefully someone will figure it out soon. Other wise this was an expensive experiment.

My Limited has been at the TRACOMEX SALTILLO YARD since March 20th, ordered on Jan 3, and left the factory on March 19th . I called RAM this morning and had a case opened. Said I should hear back from someone in 1-2 days.
