For those of you who traded in a 2010-2018 HD for a 2019+ HD, did your weather tech floor mats fit your new truck? I have them on my 2016 and hoping they fit right into the 2022 being they share a cab.
Holy crap what a mess. How did you find out all those details about that truck? When I asked my dealer about any sort of specifics regarding the accident they claimed all they could do is speculate that tie downs (either on my truck or the one behind it) broke in transit and led to the collision...
For those of you who ordered from Mark Dodge, what do they take for a deposit down? I’m tossing around the idea of accepting my damaged truck and then immediately placing an order for a new one and just waiting it out.
Only thing is there’s a few options on the shortage list that I would want...
I drive tractor trailers overnight and see a lot of the hotshot drivers sleeping in their pickups, most of the Rams are crew cabs and they seem to manage fine, mega would be even better.
Hell if my 6’3” 200lb self can crush a solid power nap folded up across the seats and around the shifter in...
Thank you all for your sympathies and opinions, as well as sharing my frustration.
At this point I’m going to have them fix the truck, and in the meantime I’m going to try to get lucky and find something else on a lot somewhere. If the truck is repaired before I find a different one (and I...
Well, here’s an update that I hope nobody else needs to deal with. Here’s my new truck, complete with the “damaged in transit” package.
If there’s any silver lining to the dealer waiting 10 days to (not) tell me it arrived, it’s that they have already received most of the parts needed for the...
Pretty frustrating for sure. What system do you use to track these? My dealer is claiming it hasn’t been there since the 6th, but at this point I trust your word over theirs. You can PM me if you’d like.
Heard back from the dealer. Truck showed up damaged and they’re fixing it. I think I’m more mad that they were just going to fix it and not say anything to me about it, hoping I’d never find out
No, the order sheet said the sister dealership address which is how I knew what dealership to drive by. My frustration isn’t the fact that it’s at the sister lot, I anticipated that. What I’m wondering is how a $73k truck managed to sit in the back for nearly 10 days and nobody thinks to call...
Well, thanks to brv10 I’ve figured out why Ram Chat and my salesman couldn’t track my truck.
It was delivered to their sister dealership 9 days ago. Drove by this morning and saw that it’s there, sitting in the back, looking like a sad puppy at the shelter wondering if it’ll ever find a home...
I shot him a message. My salesman was pretty straightforward through the whole negotiation process and I don’t see any reason why he’d lie now that there’s a deposit, it was Ram Care not being able to give any type of update that really raised a red flag
I have a deposit on a 2022 Big Horn that my dealership ordered (for their inventory, not for me, I put the deposit on it while in transit).
Last status was KZT as of two weeks ago. Today I asked for an update from my salesman and he said he needed to speak with his GM because “once the trucks...
