Is there a coolant system bleed valve on the 6.4L hemi? What is the procedure to ensure the air gets out of the system after dumping the 2 gallons of coolant?

Yep, looks like coolant leak. Seems like you have picture of the coolant tube that goes into the radiator as the lowest drip point. Should have it looked at for actual location...seems like a warranty item (whatever they find) for a 2024.
