It’s a Pullrite. It slammed latched and I tugged on it and it still came open. I used to drive big trucks and have hooked thousands of trailers, this doesn’t happen on big trucks. SMH.

It’s a 2019 Limited. The latches are electric. Both sides click when you pull the handle but won’t unlatch. I tried pushing in as hard as I can but that doesn’t seem to help. 2019

Hey, just did the oil change with the dash saying it was still 40% ok (about 10K miles). The fuel filters are reading the same (40%) and mechanic did NOT change those, saying he believes should only need to change fuel filters every 3rd oil change or so. (He may have been told this by Ford?)...

Can you buy the OEM springs at a dealer? (Is there a cheaper place? maybe a junk yard?). It's a 2019 (which I assume is still 5th gen in a 2500?), does that mean no parts from an earlier unit?

Actually I just went and crawled under the truck and it appears the lift is more likely a leveling kit that just affects the front. The back is air ride and it looks stock (and I'm not sure you could change the height of that anyway). Still worried the truck will ride nose up with the 5er...
