    Finally got Mopar to send us a whole new radio unit. Installation is next week. It took many videos to show proof and constantly bugging dealership to get it done. Only suggestions I have for everyone else.

    I have recorded videos of this for dealership who said they were filing claim with Ram to get new unit but 3 weeks and nothing. I can’t get the dealership to call me back with an update. So frustrating and angry. How can there not be a software update to fix these issues. Love the truck...
