Every time I remote start my truck in the winter, the heater goes full blast on the windshield no matter what setting I had the HVAC set too when the truck was shutdown. As soon as you push the start button, the HVAC system reverts to the settings you had it on previously. I live in an area...

I noticed that hole too and that it was not raised. I ended up ordering them on Saturday and should have them end of this week. I figured if that snap ring allows water through, I would seal them up.

Installed it on mine a few weeks ago. 22 HO Limited as well. Upgraded from 23.xx directly. Downloaded it from the google link provided on 5th gen rams as well. Didn't really notice any difference in functionality. Still have trouble with the unit not remembering the last screen used sometimes...

Thanks for the plug info! I will be ordering these for my new truck. On my 2014, I just replaced the tape with gorilla tape when I noticed the factory stuff was peeling off. I also sprayed fluid film in there before installing the new tape. My 1990 toyota pickup has similar rocker holes covered...
