    3500 HD Truck I cannot access display trailer brake options

    I have done all the above and mine stays on light electric. Jayco said there is a module to make truck and trailer communicate but can’t find.

    2020 Ram 3500 with factory brake controller: I have a Jayco 5th when’ll 39 foot. When I plug in 7 pin and go to select the 5th gooseneck for heavy electric brakes it says trailer not compatible. On my trip to Florida every time I rehitched it say same thing and so I need to manually put on...
