Fixed! I had this problem with my 2022 ram’s 8.4. Took it in for an oil change and recalls, during which time they flashed the software. It is now operating perfectly. It even brought back the presets that it forgot. (I took it in with no presets stored, because I got tired of reprogramming...

Uconnect 5 in my 22 also loses all the presets about once a week.

I find the bench seats in the tradesman models to fit "just right". The big horn buckets are comfortable but the seating position is not as natural to me. If the steering wheel would telescope, like it does in the 1500, that would really help.

How is the ride? Does having the softer coils up front with the stiffer stock springs in the back make it ride odd?
