I feel your pain. I dont see how this is so hard for the dealer to fix. I had my truck in again and as expected everything they wanted to try did not work. A new screen is finally on order. Hopefully this concludes 3 years of frustration.

Nevermind, just got a call I have to bring it in so they can try more things that likely will not work. The frustration continues.

Hi, I have this exact same problem. Everything about the screen functions as it should except the touch until the truck warms up. I have had it to the dealer multiple times over the past few years and still no luck getting it fixed. It is getting very frustrating. Corbin
