Hmm.. good question. They have a 'round' design style here, and those might fit (but they only say '1500' on them). If they look right(ish), could just pick up a set as they're under $20.
Thanks! Dethloff sounds like they're quoting 6 weeks or so for delivery, did you find that to be true? Does the quality feel like it fits the cost? They're quite pricey.
These look great! Been looking to maybe upgrade the factory mopar ones on my truck. Do you have another photo/photos from further away? They seem like they're higher than the mopar ones.
Honestly, i cannot believe that any vehicle made after 2010 doesn't have a telescoping steering wheel........ but here we are. I spent probably 20 minutes looking around and reading the manual when i first got my 2024, only to find out it doesn't have one. Allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllrighty...
Followup post re: KO3's in snow
Cliffs notes: they seem great
We've had 10-15" of snow here in NH so far over the last few weeks, and so far I can say the KO3's are great in the snow. With the Duratracs, i found them to not be confidence-inspiring at all when there was snow on the ground...
I put Lamin-x yellow film over my fogs and it's slightly oversized, and i was supposed to (and did) get the film down between the light and the bezel. Based on how little i recall fighting to get it on, i think your first pic is normal. It's snowing outside here, otherwise i'd go take a look...
No sir, stock PW suspension all around. No rubbing or anything, though to be completely honest, i very much dislike running my steering at full lock for any amount of time, so there is a chance I didn't test that. That being said, lots of people here running 35's or even 37's without issue to...
Amen to that! We, (aka the type of people who are likely to post on vehicle-specific message boards haha) are definitely more likely to keep an eye on stuff like that for sure. :)
I did sort of - but Johan was agreeing with you too and I wanted to offer a contrarian opinion in case someone was reading and their take-away from the thread was 'the message boards say tire rotations and alignments on my new 2500 aren't necessary'.
I think offering advice of 'don't bother rotating your tires because I've been lucky with the alignment on my trucks' is generally not good advice. Most advice people offer re: maintenance is trying to diminish unforeseen costs; regular alignments and tire rotation are both good ways to...
I bought the KO3's for my PW this summer, so I can't speak to how well they wear in the long term (or how they handle snow and ice yet), but I'm very happy with them so far. Got them in 315/70R17 as 35x12.5R17 was not an available size yet - though based on KO2 sizing, those two sizes measure...
This is very fair - and truth be told, my local dealership didn't drain the oil in my old truck before adding the new, so i ran double the oil capacity for a few days. Thankfully i noticed the little puff of smoke at every startup, and brought it back in (no damage done).
In this particular...
I'll be honest, I very much do not like taking my truck to the dealership for something as stupid as an oil change, it feels completely ridiculous.. then I read a recounting like this, and decide that.. actually, maybe I'm okay with it.
Whomever collectively decided changing your own oil...
