Following this as well. I have the 3rd gen mirror and the under seat connection module, just looking for the correct cameras (or compatible) to add to the side view mirrors.

Great info! thank you. Aha, that's it then. On my vehicle, the above camera is a switchable "backup light." Is the camera and wire harness available to replace the light in the side view mirror?

Thanks for the response. I’ll look into it from what I was told it is included with the side video capability. Any ideas if I can connect the sideview mirrors to the controller under the seat? mirror looks to be the 3.0.

that's strange, from the ordering it was supposed to come with the side views (it works through the Uconnect- different system yes). what it is the other DRVM?

I do not have trailer reverse steering control. The review mirror has the button on the left of the flipper (regular mirror/video toggle) which changes mode to tailer view. Is that the indicator of which DRVM? or is there something else? thanks.

Strangely my 2021 limited has digital rear view mirror, collision warning and adaptive cruise and does have auto dimming. My new 2024 limited longhorn 3500 with just about every option does not auto dim. Nor does the 3500 have a split tailgate or the HUD, which would have been nice. Love the...
