FIXED! Ok well I took my own advice above, went to SiriusXM site on my phone. Went to “contact us” then to “fix radio problems by sending a refresh signal” . Went to the truck and while engine running found the radio ID and followed the process. Voila, fixed. If anyone else solves their issue...- Drbobvs

Uconnect 12” not working
Mine started doing the same thing last week. If I start the car up on FM everything works fine but if you try to start the car up on Sirius XM everything will become basically unresponsive. Logic would dictate that this is a software issue, not a hardware issue. It wouldn’t surprise me that...- Drbobvs
