Sorry, totally forgot to get back to this. What I am missing is the flange the bolts to the floor. The person who removed the one I bought removed the load floor but did not remove what was bolted to the floor. I can't find a part number for those pieces specifically.

Good morning, I purchased a load floor (used) to put into my 2020 3500 Tradesman. It came with the hinges etc. that are attached to the load floor itself. However, and I did not realize these were missing, it did not come with the brackets that attach to the floor. I cannot find part numbers...

I'm having the same issue, but only when it is a cold rainy day. Had one dealer check it and they could not recreate it. I plan to have it checked when I bring the truck in for the tailgate alignment recall. Wish I had an answer for you but you're not alone in the issue.
