No that was the first thing I thought too but that didn't take care of it. Last night I was poking around the tcase and found that switch and made sure the wires were plugged in tight and this morning it appears to have quit doing it so maybe I just had to loose connection..time will tell. Thanks
My 2019 tradesman has the manual transfer case and it started doing this a while ago. If i would nudge the lever forward or backward it would go back to normal but i had to hold it against the detent. It wouldn't actually shift into neutral just give the warning as you described. Glad i found...
Update* I plugged the fitting back in to the top of the air bag but it never really felt like it got tight. I fired the truck up and the compressor kicked on and inflated the suspention like normal. Well, at first it was lop sided until I moved the truck from its parking spot then it leveled out...
