On the bumper on the left side of the hitch , is a flap that covers the plug in for a camera wire that you will mount on the back of whatever you are towing and it will replace the view in your rearview mirror, I am leaving it where it is. 41157 is...

Not sure if yotu have solved your problem , but I have just installed this setup in my 2022 2500 shortbed, B&W is the best setup and the wiring is mounted on the drivers side rambox above the bed light. The camera plug is on the rear bumper.
