Haha just kidding they are doing a whole new tranny not sure how they got that approved but they said they would have to drop the transmission to replace the other parts so it would be easier to just put in a new transmission. Doesn’t make sense to me but im also not a mechanic
Well update in mine. I need a new torque converter, I have the drive shaft seal leaking, and the transfer case seal leaking. Lord only knows when the parts will come in
Jeez that is a lot of elbow grease to get all that off. I have an appointment with the dealer when I get home hopefully they will not have a problem getting the new part number
A few leaks were found by an independent diesel specialist while getting an oil change on my 2024 Ram 3500 as I’m in the middle of a cross country haul with my travel trailer. They suspected both t-case and transmission.
