They used mopar 5w40. I did not request a specific oil, assumed they would use standard 10w30. I called to talk to them about the noise and oil used and feedback was 5w40 is 'the preferred oil'. Sounds like 5w40 can be used especially in cold conditions. I'm in Northern CA, very hot right now.

Hi all, I have a 2022 Ram 2500 diesel, 17k miles. Just took it to the dealer for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Since picking it up noticed a ticking / knocking noise when engine is running. Was thinking it must be related to the service because it did not have this sound before...

Ok definitely don’t have a separate switch. Wasn’t sure if it was controlled in u connect or via switch. Thx

No don’t have the alt trailer height button. I’ll throw a pic of the coil spring up tomorrow, although when I looked at it doesn’t appear to have air suspension

Recently bought a '22 Ram 2500 Laramie. Love the truck. A little confused because on the back window there is a Ram Air Suspension Sticker, although this is not one of the options on my truck. Do they put the stickers on all Rams regardless of whether the truck has the option? Thx, sorry for...
