8/31/23 was when the transmission was put back into the truck.

Got the truck back today after about 2 weeks at the dealer and all seems to be working again. The transmission was repaired with the parts in the TSB fix. Fingers crossed things continue to work properly.

I hope everyone with this issue is filing complaints with the NHTSA. I did the other night and got to reading through some of the other ones and I’m surprised nobody has really had any major accidents or injuries. With such a serious problem it should warrant a recall.

Just installed a 1500 jump seat into my mega cab a few weeks ago. It is possible with proper tools and slight modifications, ie. a welder and rivnut tool. Even managed to retain the ram wireless charger with modifications to the console harness.
