3 months later and truck still in shop. After replacing transmission they replaced the transfer case. Still grinding when downshifting from 2nd to 1st in tow/haul mode. Now they are trying to say it’s a characteristic of the vehicle. Drove another 2024 same transmission and does not make the noise.
