I spoke with the selling dealer about the delivery inspection. They no longer have it, but the Sales Manager sent me a repair invoice stating damage to the left rear fender flare, requiring replacement. I've sent that to my local dealer warranty rep. Fingers crossed something good comes of it...

They said the repair hasn't been recorded as having happened from the factory. Basically they are blaming the dealer.

The dealer body shop told today they are not covering the repair. This is absolute BS. I escalated this with Ram Cares. I've got a painful stomach knot over this news.

The first service history on it was February 19th 2022 for Electrical System. Which is funny, because I took delivery of it on February 11th 2022.

Well, they bedside needs to be replaced. But they're trying to determine who has to pay for it being that it was a poor repair at the assembly plant. I am getting my truck back with primer sprayed on it, and then a waiting game.

If the shop you're paying to do this work doesn't know they need a 19-21 ECM, then you've taken your truck to the wrong place.

So far I'm right at 1000 miles since the code popped up. Still no countdown. Refilled the DEF yesterday and drove 400 miles south, so it's still dosing.

Cargo camera probably isn't plugged in. Shouldn't take 3 years to get it working, that ridiculous. I have a 22, delivery February 2022. Never had an issue with any of the cameras.

I assume this is why the DPF gauge in the cluster doesn't show any level.
