I have spoken to Hypertech, they are not 2019 Cummins compatible. I am looking into AlphaOBD, but I have not found anyone that has successfully used this on the 2019 Cummins either.

Thank you for the reply, but the only tool mentioned in your referenced thread is the Rough Country for gas engines. The poster mentions a tool for diesel from Rough Country, which I read and called Rough Country and discussed with them. Turns out the Rough Country tool for diesel engines only...
