U Connect 5 Radio Presets Keep Disappearing
I sure hope you’re wrong. I have driven FORD’s for over 30 years, and loved the Powerstroke. I wanted to try a Cummins, but if this issue isn’t ever fixed by the time I trade, no matter how much I will potentially like this truck, it will be on my mind.- Clippers

U Connect 5 Radio Presets Keep Disappearing
Bought my first ever Ram ( 2500 Laramie) and I have the same issue as others, preset’s disappearing and theme going back to default. It’s extremely frustrating to have such a beautiful truck with issues from day one, especially for what they cost.- Clippers
