The newer trucks are no longer bulbs. It's a housing that has a 2 pin connector. Not sure if I can post eBay links here. If not please take it down. But, the images in the link will give you an idea...

In the 2013 it was in there? Even the connections for the bulbs in this case?

I'm sure you guys have all seen the Infotainment clearance light kit for these trucks. Since I could not find the Mopar PN for a wiring harness I assume it is integrated into the main harness. I wanted to see if anyone has tackled making the harness or if anyone has the P/N's for the connector...

Hi all - I'm currently running the power step lights through limit switches using the 12v/aux power from the trailer wiring harness. I wanted to see if it would be possible to tap into the Mopar power step wiring to trigger the lights on when the steps drop and turn off when the steps retract...

I thought about this. I could not find a good enough answer for me to make that attempt. One thing I also wasn't sure if there is a power source that triggers from the computer when the steps deploy. Versus it having a power at all times. If someone knows a way to do this I would be game to...

Well since there has been no response to the previous message. I am guessing there is no known way to do this. So my next question is has anyone hardwired the AMP steps in their 5th Gen Ram? The end goal is to open up the OBDII port and not have to use a bypass harness.
