    19+ Clearance Light Wiring

The newer trucks are no longer bulbs. It's a housing that has a 2 pin connector. Not sure if I can post eBay links here. If not please take it down. But, the images in the link will give you an idea...

    19+ Clearance Light Wiring

In the 2013 it was in there? Even the connections for the bulbs in this case?

    19+ Clearance Light Wiring

I'm sure you guys have all seen the Infotainment clearance light kit for these trucks. Since I could not find the Mopar PN for a wiring harness I assume it is integrated into the main harness. I wanted to see if anyone has tackled making the harness or if anyone has the P/N's for the connector...

    Random connector behind headlight controls

I have a 2020 2500 Laramie. While installing Mopar power steps. I was in the process of connecting to the CAN connector so I pulled the headlight control unit out for easier access. I came across a random connector not connected to anything. I've attached a couple photos. Does anyone know what...

Tying lights into Mopar power steps?

Hi all - I'm currently running the power step lights through limit switches using the 12v/aux power from the trailer wiring harness. I wanted to see if it would be possible to tap into the Mopar power step wiring to trigger the lights on when the steps drop and turn off when the steps retract...

    mopar Power Deployable Running Boards

I thought about this. I could not find a good enough answer for me to make that attempt. One thing I also wasn't sure if there is a power source that triggers from the computer when the steps deploy. Versus it having a power at all times. If someone knows a way to do this I would be game to...

    mopar Power Deployable Running Boards

No problem. I don't want to take all the credit. I got the idea to do the limit switch from the video but used different lights. Also I hid the lights on the inside side of the pinch weld. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk

    mopar Power Deployable Running Boards

    - The lights are Oracle rock lights - white - #6 x 3/4" sheet metal screws to mount the lights. Need to drill pilot holes. - The limit switch I used - https://a.co/d/ixmZPHq - attached the limit switch with 3m double sided automotive tape. We'll see how long it will hold up. So far it feels...

    mopar Power Deployable Running Boards

I did this install about 2 months ago. Bought all the individual parts and made my own harness. It's pretty simple if you follow the wire diagram. Just takes some time. But last week I just added in some lights for the steps. Using rock lights and limit switches to trigger the lights on when the...

Retrofitting Amp Steps to work with Uconnect

Well since there has been no response to the previous message. I am guessing there is no known way to do this. So my next question is has anyone hardwired the AMP steps in their 5th Gen Ram? The end goal is to open up the OBDII port and not have to use a bypass harness.

Retrofitting Amp Steps to work with Uconnect

I have been following some great threads and they have recently helped me add the Mopar power steps to my 2020 2500. All works as it should. Thanks @johanh13 and @Jimmy07 for the excellent thread. So to the question. My pops has a 2022 2500 with Amp steps. After me completing the Mopar steps...
