Gooseneck or Slider with 6'4 Bed and 5th Wheel

I have a 2022 2500 Laramie crew cab with the short bed and factory pucks. I bought it for upgrading to pulling a fifth wheel. After much research I went with a Pullrite Super Glide auto sliding hitch. Works great and I never have worried about backing up, etc. Downside is it’s heavy, so that...

Noticed this great makeshift trailer, which obviously would give no problems loading!

    DEF usage

I’ve been keeping track of DEF usage for the past 53k miles on my 2022. Average of 540 mpg for DEF at the moment. My usage is about 40 percent towing. Higher DEF usage goes along with higher fuel consumption with towing. You’re at 840 mpg, which seems pretty good.

    Michelin Defender LTX Platinum

I also have a 2022 2500 Laramie, 6.4 bed, but it's a diesel. I replaced the OEM Firestone tires at 33,740 in Oct. 2023 with a set of 285/60/R20 Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Currently at 55,500 miles. I was pulling a 29' 5'r with gross of 10,000. Just upgraded to a 34' with 11,500 gross. The...

New Truck Looks Like it was an extra in Landman or Twisters - Dust inside everything - pics

After camping in a rather nasty windstorm while at Rockhound State Park in southern New Mexico a few weeks ago, the bed (under Retrax cover), exterior and engine compartment of my truck looked just like your pics! Spent some time at the car wash! The interior was covered in dirt too, but not...

    Battery trouble

I suspect most users here are wondering "who always told you that?" No, there is no "syncing" the battery as far as I know. I changed out both batteries in my garage when the originals went bad. No need to have taken it to the dealer. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Sounds like you...

You might want to try Aircraft Spruce (aircraftspruce.com). Just do a search for push button. You will find a bunch.

    8660 Pounds!?

Sounds about right. A recent CAT weigh of my truck was 8,560. This was with full tank & Def, wife and two small dogs. This also includes Pullrite 5th wheel hitch (300 lbs) and Retrax cover (105 lbs).

Lets see what you are towing!

Upgraded my 5th wheel from a 29' to a 33'. Wife loves the new floorplan with lots more room.

Sometimes I just love what my EVIC is telling me

On a recent trip from Tucson, AZ to Roswell, NM, I was keeping tabs on my mileage, distance and time using "trip A." After I stopped for fuel, I watched the range go from 601 up to 675. Took this pic while cruising along, thought it was great to have a 675 mile range, getting 23.1 mpg on the...
