That’s interesting…I opened a case with ram on 9/11/23. The only communication I have had with them is when I call. No one from ram has ever contacted me. No voicemail nothing!

Did they give you an ETA for the parts?

I did a little research and it sounds like Minnesota’s lemon law requires manufacturers to refund or replace a vehicle if it isn’t repaired within 30 business days. I think I’m going to send Ram a written notice stating my intent to hold them accountable to the law if they can’t get my truck...

I'm wondering how long others have waited for their repairs? What has Ram done to remedy the situation? I am growing increasingly impatient. They have offered me $40 a day rental reimbursement and given me no estimated dates for a completed repair. Very frustrated here
