Truck is in ship mode. All non essential electronics are turned off. So no uconnect or location services.

For Koons I would guess USBAL Aka Baltimore port. If the truck made it on this round, the ship, GRANDE MIRAFIORI, will be pulling into port later tonight, 6/29 @ 3:30 am. A person that has the scoop told me my truck is on this ship and Baltimore port is its unload destination.

Typically the trucks are in "Ship Mode" and all non essential electronics are turned off to save battery power. This includes the radio which is part of the uconnect/Ram connect. Some have luck tracking the truck. Some, including me, do not. I would like to find out what radio the people have...

You need to call Ram and have them manually setup the Ram Connect app. You will need to give them your vin and verbally accept the terms. Tell them you are not around the truck at the moment.

Ram escalated my truck also as of 6/10. Ram also told me that it would take about a week for a change in status. I hoping to hear something soon.

You need the tuck to accept the user terms and such. However, I called in and was able to accept the terms verbally. I have access to the ram connect app. Currently, I have not been able to track the truck. I can set boundaries and speed alerts. But because the truck has not been "keyed on"...
