I am worried about insurance. I have a 2500 mega cab and payload is only 1944 per door sticker. The 5th wheels I am looking at has pin weight from 1790 to 2000 lbs. We travel with just me, wife and two dogs. Approx 430ish lbs.

Any rough idea before I take time to remove it, what’s a rough idea what the weight of the mega back seat? Trying to gain some payload to be legal with a 5th wheel until I find the right 3500.

Test drove a 23 3500 HO/aisin and while at a slow cruise, if punched the pedal it seem to have lag/delay in power. Is this normal for these trans to have a slight pause because it is anticipating a load or is this possible due to a problem?

What if your over your PIN weight on a 5th wheel travel trailer? My mega cab ram is only a 1900 Payload. That is my main concern.

I fat fingered it. Is the 68RFET (as listed on window sticker ) same as what is referred to as 68RFE

Looking at the widow sticker my truck shows a 68RFET trans is that the same as the 68RFE?

Just traded in my 2500 hemi for a 2500 Cummins Laramie last week. Turns out to my pleasant surprise it was already deleted! Try to decide if I should spend the money on tunes? I don’t do a lot of daily driving since I work from home, however will be doing some long haul with my 30’ travel...

any have any feedback on the Livernois tuner with their 6.4 hemi? They are saying it will increase HP and also reduce the down shifting when towing my TT.
