I kinda figured that. Went back and looked at sticker again in it says "Trailer" Tpms. Not for the truck. So I could be pulling my 20k fifth wheel 60mph down the interstate and I'll be warned if a trailer tire is getting low but if my front tire on my truck is about to be flat I won't know ...
Woke up the other day with a completely flat front passenger tire on my 2023 3500 big horn Drw. Pumped it up and it seemed to hold air. Lost 3-4 psi per day since. Took it to shop where they told me I must have rode on the under inflated tire for a while as he showed me a handful of rubber dust...
Just wanted to thankyou for posting this pic. I've had my new 2023 Ram 3500 for over a month now and have taken pretty much all that time trying to figure out how to get my Nav screen out of constant 'nite mode'. It was the theme mode setting all along.
It was there in the apps. Thankyou very much for the info. It doesn't work quite like I thought it would. Is the app version the same as the cluster version? I was under the impression with the cluster version that it would cycle through all the lights and then indicate, in some way, if a light...
Yeah it was hooked up. But now that I think of it., I did have the lights on. Not sure if that would prevent the whole sub menu for 'trailer light check' from even coming up.
Am I missing something? Scrolled through cluster to 'trailer tow'. And there's no light check. I got a 23' Big Horn Drw with brake controller, towing technology group and uconnect 5 nav 8.4 inch. All it shows is the brake control, trailer trip log, and TTpms.
Good catch. I glance at that ram recall page all the time but just assumed it was still saying 'unavailable '. Reached out to my dealer and he said the part has been ordered. Just no ETA yet. Fingers crossed we are getting close.
Not what I wanted to here. I was hoping that the timeline posted earlier meant that "phase 1 dealership notification on 3/23 " was going to be when dealerships would start receiving the parts for the trucks stuck on they're lots.
Agreed. My original est. Del. Date was 4/14 so I'm trying to factor that into my frustration. The truck was actually delivered a month early. If THAT date comes and goes I will be pissed and will begin looking elsewhere to include other manufacturers. Can't imagine if i had pre-ordered this...
Mine arrived at the dealership on 2/9/23. With interest rates about to go up again I think RAM should be offering more than a $500 rebate , if that's even true. My salesman failed to mention it. Then again, im pretty sure he was unaware of the stop sale/recall too.
It's official, I have moved from the 'ordered and waiting' list to the 'recalled and waiting' list. Dealership just called me saying my truck is in. Ordered 12/12/22 .
I'm figuring to get called by my dealer that my truck is in in the next couple weeks. Just curious to the guys who have trucks on hold at the dealerships because of the recall, did they try to get you to start the financing on your trucks when they came in? Just preparing myself for what I'm...
I don't get it either. I'm not a veteran at this like alot of guys on this forum but it definitely seems like I am lucking out. Maybe it's the chrome steps! Lol. Like I said, ill probably wait a month for the recall part to come in and we'll end up getting our trucks the same time! My...
