I have spoken to my dealer about it and intend to find a time to take it in when the tank is low. It'll be a few weeks before I can schedule a day for that and will post an update. In addition to the inconvenience, I'm concerned about damaging the evap system components.
That happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Vehicle behind me followed close from a stop light through a right turn and my trailer blind spot notification came up. That's different than what I get when I plug in and it asks me to select trailer type.
I drove a school bus for ten years - regular route and field trips. Driving any vehicle that doesn't have other people's children in it is nice!

So, I...
I am thoroughly disgusted with the whole situation. I kept the insurance adjuster updated through the process. They don't seem to care one way or the other, but I figure it provides some documentation of the problems and the timeline. It is nice to hear that my experience is fairly isolated...
I brought my truck home Monday afternoon. Still not satisfied, but I suppose I will have to wait for it to leak, then get an estimate from another shop to fix what this one didn't, and take that to small claims court. It's been nine weeks from drop-off to pick-up, and I have work backed up, so...
