I totally agree with you, it was under warranty or I would not have been there, not to mention I have a scratch on my dash and a rattle that I didn't have before after they worked on it. Hardly no one takes any pride in their workmanship anymore and charge extremely high prices for the less...

Es I had ac issues the coldest mine would get was 59 degrees, the is a TSB for this, they had to do it to my truck, it now blows 48 degree air, much better but not outstanding. I can probably find the TSB number on some of my paper work if you need it.
I am having issues with AC on my 2020 3500 srw. There's a TSB out for issue. They are doing the TSB on my truck, it makes me nervous because it requires removing the entire dash to do the repair. It will only be as good as the mechanic doing the work. I hope it doesn't have squeaks and rattles...
We have used it here and there at work on aluminum steps it just doesn’t last. It may do ok on your steps not as much traffic, but I agree with hasbeen I think a quality bed liner coating would be better.
