So with all the issues with the 12” uConnect head unit I’m wondering if @RamCares really does care? I don’t think they do. The system obviously has bugs, many bugs as you can see just spending a few minutes on this forum. I’m sure there are issues with the same system outside of this forum...
My 24 2500 does the same. Don’t think it’s anything that can be fixed permanently until they patch/update it. Like you said it treats a touch like a long press. Seems like software to me. The counter is off simply. Unit has several undocumented features like that. Not worth letting it sit...
Thanks for reaching out! Actually when I went to do the battery reset. I found the ground wires were not tightened on either battery. Just lifted right off. Just got the truck and only have 1500 miles on it. Guessing dealer missed that. Once I connected the battery securely, all worked fine.

Same here. 2024 2500, purchased in February, 800 miles. Same issue here as well. Gauges in uConnect system do not show data. Useless.
