I just contacted CHAT again this morning (I have been bothering them every day, looking to see if they had an ETA yet. I have to appreciate the honesty of the Chat Rep at least telling me that it might stay in the shipping status, without an ETA until it reaches the dealer. I guess at this point...- BigE200315
